Capture four (4) clear photos of your tongue. Taking clear and accurate photos of your tongue for a proper analysis is crucial and you may find it beneficial to have someone else take them.
Photo 1: Take a close-up photo of the front of your tongue
Photo 2: Take a close up side profile of your tongue (either side is fine)
Photo 3: Curl your tongue towards your nose to take a close-up photo underneath your tongue
Photo 4: Capture a full face with tongue sticking out
Tongue analysis photos must be taken in good lighting, be in focus, and not use any filters or have distortion.
